All three need attention quickly, because the water finds ceilings and subfloors before it finds anyone. A coil that freezes has a root cause upstream, in airflow or in charge, and thawing it without correcting that cause returns the same result within days.

Electrical Behaviour

A breaker that trips on the air conditioner circuit is reporting current that the circuit should not be carrying. Resetting it once is reasonable. Resetting it a second time is not, because the fault that caused the trip is still there and the next attempt puts starting current through it again.
